The *PeAk* @ TPY
It was the first time we walked from the train station to the actual site. It took about 10 mins. A peaceful, sheltered stroll.Eager to look at the progress of the construction, we made our way up an existing block of flats just next to the construction site. We went up to the highest level...
These were the birds eye view from the 30th floor...
Pictorious view of the Reservoir from the 30th floor. When the Peak is completed, it will be 42 storeys high. I am sure it's future occupants will see much more.
10th floor view. We shared the same lift journey with the uncle as when we took the lift to the 30th level. Looks more of like what we would be seeing. Not too bad either.
Overall progress of construction...
See that ongoing construction? Yes, that's Trevista, which costs double of E Peak, launched later, with a much faster pace of construction.
More skyscrapers.
Will TPY become famous for it's towering giants in future?
Eager to see what our completed flats would look like, we went to City View, also a DBSS with the same developer, Hoi Hup. It's modular blocks are practically identical, and this is what we got..
Conclusion: I can't wait to have a place of my own.
