The cow and the pizza

Today is the start of my mid term break...Heee...No Books for the start...

Today is Pizza making day! Heh heh heh...

First thing in the morning: I overslept...I had wanted to ask my sister to make pizza with me...Eh...y neh? Cuz i never really make myself before. Then...i was not really confident. Unfortunately, i slept too late yesterday...Then today headache...Then, slept till almost 11 =.= Then end up making it myself cuz my sis need to go to work...

Heeheee...Went to buy quite a lot of things, like pepper chilli, eh...flour, morzerella cheese, hotdogs, ham...yea, and a pineapple cut nicely for me =) whee!

So off i go, preparing my dough...wah...no machine, very difficult, make till my hand become numb... T_T Then, i wait half an hr for the dough to rise (cuz got yeast), as stipulated in my mother's recipe book (I stole it!! ^^) Erm...after half an hour, i realised... How come my dough never increase in size?!? Sian diao. In the end, i went to sleep...Thinking that there will be a miracle..But i tot my dough sure fail le, so i lazed for quite long...But, when i woke up, i saw my dough, beautiful and double in size! OMG!! Miracle!!! No la, cuz, i realise i din add enough yeast...hahahaha...

So happily i went to roll out my dough, then happily put in my tray, then preheat my oven, and while i was spreading tomato paste on my pizza, guess what? SHORT CIRCUIT. =.= DUNNO WHERE USE TOO MUCH ELECTRICITY, MY HOUSE SHORT CIRCUIT... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH wat on earth!? Trying to stop me from making my pizza? Yea, cuz the fault seemed to lie in my oven...Means my afternoon's preparation was for nothing ah?!? *faint...

Luckily, i found a way around this...I realised that the oven causes a short circuit when a certain oven setting is used..so, after some trial and errors, i found an alternative setting and after 20mins, my pizza was cooked! OH YEA!!! My pizza, my pride...hahaha
