6 calls BUT no buffet..Freak it!

This is freaking irritating.

Just to call to book ONE buffet DINNER, wasting 6 calls is NOT ENUF.

Now, why did this happen? CUZ SOMEONE ENDED MY CALL WHILE THE PERSON RANG ME THE FIRST TIME THEY ASKED TO GET BACK TO ME. Someone to whom i say, pls tell me when my phone rings. FREAK. In the end, i had to call back 4 more times. AND no response.

On my 4th attempt, i told them "I am calling for the 4th time." So what they do? Play stupid automated voicemails, make me listen to it over n over again. WHY? CUZ I THINK THEY DUN HAVE THE COURTESY TO TAKE DOWN MY NUMBER TO GET BACK TO ME. SO MUCH FOR A 5(-1) STAR Hotel. PATHETIC.

ORCHARD HOTEL SUCKS.
